Mitzi Gibson, MSPT
Ms. Gibson received her Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 1995. She continued her education with post-graduate training in the area of Women's Health. A former National Director of Women's Health for the HealthSouth Corporation and a former national instructor in the area of Women's Health, Ms. Gibson is now in private practice in Little Rock, AR. A native of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Ms. Gibson now resides in Little Rock, Arkansas. An active member of the International Pelvic Pain Society (IPPS) and the Interstitial Cystitis Association (ICA),
Ms. Gibson specializes in the area of Women's Health physical therapy including prenatal and postpartum issues and pelvic floor dysfunction which includes treatment for both male and female patients. Additionally, Ms. Gibson is very active in the treatment of
general orthopedic conditions.

Sam Cheatham, DPT
A native of Wichita, KS; In 2008 Sam graduated from Harding University with a
Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. Sam graduated in 2011 with a
Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Wichita State University and joined the
Advanced Physical Therapy team in the Spring of 2011. Sam is a die-hard Kansas
Jayhawk fan and enjoys running, outdoor concerts,
and playing with her kittens. |

Kyli Smith, DPT
A native of Conway, AR; In
2008 Kyli graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with her
undergraduate in Health Sciences with an emphasis in physical therapy. Kyli then
graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011 from the University of
Central Arkansas. Kyli joined the Advanced Physical Therapy team in the fall of
2011. Kyli enjoys watching movies, painting, spending time with her family and
friends, and is a devoted fan of the RAZORBACKS!! WOO PIG SOOIEE! |

Amanda Brooks-Ritchie, DPT
In 2008, Amanda completed a bachelors of science in Health Science Studies from
Baylor University. She graduated from Texas Tech University Health Science
Center in 2011 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Amanda is now pursing
a specialization in pelvic rehabilitation as well as a Doctorate of Science in
Education; she is passionate about teaching and desires to be an educator at the
graduate and post-graduate level. Amanda joined the Advanced Physical
Therapy team in the summer of 2012. She is a native Texan and enjoys
cycling, cooking and traveling with her husband. |

Ryan Overbay, DPT
Ryan joined the Advanced Physical Therapy team in the spring of 2012. A
Native of Paragould, Arkansas, Ryan graduated from Harding University in 2006
with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. Ryan attended Missouri State
University and graduated in 2010 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Ryan is
a big sports fan and enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, his
son Grant, family and friends. |

Sandy McDonald, PT
Mrs. McDonald received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from UT
Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX in 1992. She has experience in many
different areas of physical therapy including inpatient and outpatient
rehabilitation of neurological disorders and of post- surgical and general
orthopedic conditions in clients of all ages.
In 1997 Mrs. McDonald
started her post graduate training in the area of Women's Health. She also
received her Master's Degree in Adult Education from UALR in 1999. She then
developed training programs for use in assisted living centers and nursing homes
to help (male and female) residents with incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction,
and pelvic pain issues. She joined the Advanced Physical Therapy team in July
of 2011.
Mrs. McDonald is a native of Irving, TX but is proud to call
central Arkansas her home. She enjoys cheering on the Razorback football team
with her husband and sons and is active in church activities and in her
children's school and sports activities.

Tory Tate, Office Manager
A native of Pearlington, MS; Tory graduated from Mississippi Gulf Coast
Community College in May of 2001 with an Associate of Applied Science in Travel
and Tourism Management. In December of 2006, Tory graduated from Jacksonville
State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Tory enjoys spending
time with her family, taking pictures, traveling, and watching basketball.
Tory
joined the Advanced Physical Therapy team in February of 2012.

Trisha Cooper, Office Manager
A native of Harmony Grove/Benton, Trisha attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where she graduated with a degree in education. A former Lady Razorback, Trisha has always enjoyed sports and is now an avid golfer. When not on the golf course, Trisha enjoys traveling, working in her yard and exercising.

Kim Sanders, Office Staff
Kim joined the Advanced Physical Therapy team in August of 2012. She graduated
from the University of Central Arkansas in 2010 with a degree in Art History.
Kim is currently completing a Master's Degree in Art History at the University
of Arkansas in Little Rock. She enjoys knitting, playing piano and spending time
with her husband and cats. |

Sara Sabourin, Office Staff
Native of Hot Springs, AR.
Sara has resided in Conway for the past 8 years. Sara joined Advanced Physical
Therapy in February and enjoys crafting, being outdoors and relaxing at home
with a good book. |
