Men's Health

Men's Health involves treating conditions that may affect men at any point throughout their lifespan from childhood through adulthood. Men often experience musculoskeletal injuries from daily activities (including sporting activities) which can lead to neck, back, hip, knee, foot, shoulder, elbow or hand pain to name a few. Men may also experience bladder and bowel disorders that include urinary urgency-frequency, incontinence, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation and hemorrhoids. Conditions that affect the prostate including prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and chronic prostatitis have an effect on urinary symptoms and may cause muscle guarding in the pelvic floor muscles which can lead to other dysfunctions including levator ani syndrome.
