Coronavirus: What we’re doing to prioritize your health.

Update: 11/17/2020

We want our patients to feel safe and comfortable while being treated in our facilities. Since the very beginning, we have been and will continue to follow CDC guidelines. We are maintaining our high standards of cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing to ensure a safe environment for not only our patients but the APT team as well.
Protocols still in place:
• Our staff and patients must wear a mask
• Distancing ourselves and patients while in the clinic
• We ask anyone experiencing symptoms of illness to stay home and reschedule their appointment

If you have any questions about scheduling an appointment or how we can help you at this time, please call or email us.

Update: 4/14/2020

These are truly uncharted times and we're learning right alongside you as we navigate COVID-19 together. We want to continue to provide the best care possible while also doing our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Our locations are open during our normal hours so we can continue to serve our patients and community. All three locations of Advanced Physical Therapy are following CDC guidelines and maintaining very high standards of cleaning + sanitizing to ensure a safe environment.

We are requiring all patients coming into our physical locations to join us in wearing a mask. We are using individual rooms for much of our treatment, spacing our patients out, disinfecting every room after treatment, disinfecting our lobby frequently throughout the day, limiting visitors and are using many other measures to ensure the safety of not only our patients but our Advanced Physical Therapy team as well.

For anyone who is unable to attend therapy due to a medical reason, we are offering telehealth options for new and established patients. Hands-on treatment is the best treatment, but if you are unable to make it into our office, we want to make sure there is continued progress during this interim. Telehealth physical therapy is provided through an online, video platform. Call us for more information or to set up a Telehealth appointment.

If you have any questions or problems, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Email is preferred as we can quickly respond with communication for the next steps and proactively make recommendations to best suit our patients.

We are thinking of you during these trying times. We hope everyone is remaining safe and healthy and we thank you for your continued support.
